What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a reliable Machine Operative who can operate and maintain machinery while ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery with minimal supervision
- Understand basic machine functions and mechanics
- Carry out quality checks on equipment and finished products
- Follow company procedures and health & safety regulations
- Support in training new operators where required
Main Duties:
- Produce self-adhesive labels, tickets, and tags
- Consistently meet productivity targets
- Maintain high quality standards at all times
- Accurately complete job and time records
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe
Requirements:
- Good general level of education
- 1-3 years' experience in label printing or similar machinery
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Basic computer and numerical skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and initiative
- Flexible approach with the ability to follow detailed instructions
