Our client, a National Logistics Operation is currently recruiting for a Logistics Supervisor to join its team in Luton. Working as part of an established business, successful candidates will be joining a successful and expanding team as they continue to increase their service offerings. With a clear training & progression plan this role would suit candidates with previous experience within a logistics or Warehouse operation who are looking for a new challenge.

Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8am - 4:30pm

Location: Luton

Job Duties:

  • Overseeing administration of fleet management team
  • Monitoring & reporting of depot KPI's
  • Efficiently routing all drivers daily
  • Error / non-conformance monitoring & reporting
  • Booking agency when required to support operation
  • Supporting operation in the Warehouse / On the road when required to ensure service delivery levels remain high

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years in Transport / Warehouse operations
  • An excellent communicator
  • PC Literate with experience working in WMS, Trafficking systems, Word & Excel
