Duties of a Warehouse Operative / Order Picker:
As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:
Picking customer orders accurately
Using handheld scanners to locate and process stock
Packing orders ready for dispatch
Quality checking products prior to shipment
Working to productivity and accuracy targets
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following company processes and health & safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For from Warehouse Operative / Order Picker:
Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience (preferred but not essential)
Good attention to detail
A positive and reliable attitude
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good numerical and communication skills
The ability to lift, move and handle products safely
A willingness to learn and follow procedures
