We're looking for a driven and energetic individual with previous recruitment experience to join our team. Salary & Package:
- Basic Salary: £31,500
- OTE: £35,000 – £37,000 with commission
- Company car / car allowance (£400 per month)
About the Role:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
- Source top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Deliver an excellent service to clients and candidates through proactive communication and aftercare
- Build and maintain long‐term relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify and win new business opportunities through sales calls, face‐to‐face meetings, and networking
- Work towards achievable sales and performance goals with full support and development opportunities
