Join a fast-paced, growing operation in Park Royal! We're looking for fully flexible Night Warehouse Operatives to support our client's busy night shift.
Shift Pattern: 4 ON / 4 OFF, 8 PM - 8 AM (12-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour – weekly pay
What You’ll Be Doing As Night Warehouse Operatives:
- Picking, packing, and processing pharmaceutical and wellness products with precision and care
- Working efficiently in a busy, fast‑moving warehouse environment
- Standing, walking, and staying active for the full shift
- Following strict hygiene and safety procedures
- Meeting performance targets and supporting your team to achieve nightly goals
Requirements:
- Fully flexible and able to commit to 12‑hour night shifts (4 on / 4 off)
- Comfortable with physical work and long periods of movement
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
Progression Path:
- Become a Trained Operative
- Earn an extra £0.50 per hour (increasing your rate to £14.50/hr)
- Opportunities to progress into Team Leader or Supervisor roles
