- Location: South West London
- Pay Rate: £14.87 per hour
- Working Schedule: 5 days out of 7 (on a rota basis, flexibility required)
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support the daily operations of the housekeeping team.
- Ensure all wards, public areas, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control.
- Allocate daily tasks, manage staff rotas, and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and audits.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and COSHH regulations.
- Liaise effectively with hospital management and other departments to resolve any issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a housekeeping or cleaning supervisory role (experience within a clinical, healthcare, or hospital environment is highly advantageous).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts across a 5-day-out-of-7 rolling rota.
