- Shifts and Pay
- Monday to Sunday - Any 5 in 7
- 06:00 to 17:00 shifts and 10:00 to 21:00 shifts
- £14.55 per hour Between 06:00 and 18:00
- £17.30 per hour between 18:00 and 22:00
- £18.30 per hour between 22:00 and 06:00
Duties
- Assisting drivers with loading and unloading goods
- Helping deliver goods to customers\' homes (room of choice)
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
- Carrying out basic vehicle checks and keeping paperwork up to date
- Ensuring health and safety standards are followed at all times
- Calling customers 30 minutes before delivery
- What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Drivers Mate/Porter is desirable but not essential
- A good level of fitness and the ability to handle manual loads
- Friendly and reliable with a positive attitude
