Looking to build a long-term career in logistics? We are hiring Driver's Mates in Gloucester on a temp-to-perm basis.

Pay: £12.71 per hour while temporary, £30,000 salary upon going permanent

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting with delivery of kegs, casks, cases & palletised goods
  • Safe loading/unloading using equipment (sack trucks, tail lifts, etc.)
  • Supporting drivers with routes, paperwork & customer service
  • Checking stock and reporting damages/shortages
  • Following all health & safety procedures

What we're looking for:

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Team player with strong work ethic
  • Good communication & customer service skills
  • Physically fit for manual handling

Progression Opportunity:

Opportunity to progress into HGV Class 1 training. Successful candidates with a full UK driving licence may be offered HGV Class 1 training through an internal driver programme (subject to performance & business needs).
