We are looking for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our clients established and hard-working team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term ongoing role as a Counterbalance Forklift Driver based in Chiswick, West London.
Responsibilities:
- Operating an Counterbalance Forklift to safely move, stack, and load delicate palletised stock.
- Operating a standard Counterbalance truck for routine loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
- Moving stock to and from production lines and high-bay racking.
- Utilising hand-held scanners for stock location and inventory tracking.
- Adhering strictly to site Health & Safety, PPE, and manual handling guidelines.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid, accredited Forklift truck Counterbalance License (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict dispatch deadlines.
- Must be comfortable with some manual handling/warehouse duties when not operating the truck.
- Must be able to travel to the Chiswick, West London independently.
- Must be able to provide recent, referenceable work history.
Hours of work: Will be a rotation between 08:00-16:00 or 10:00-18:00 working on a Monday to Friday basis.
Rates of pay: £16 per hour.
