Warehouse Admin - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay

Job Summary:
We are currently working with our client who are looking for a Administrator to support their busy logistics operation. Duties will include processing orders, updating stock records, preparing delivery paperwork, booking goods in and out and communicating with drivers and warehouse staff. The successful candidate will be organised, computer literate and have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Completing warehouse / logistics administration and paperwork.
Processing orders and updating stock information.
Booking deliveries in and out of the warehouse.
Preparing dispatch and delivery documentation.
Responding to telephone and email enquiries.
Liaising with warehouse operatives and drivers.
Maintaining accurate records on computer systems.
Identifying and reporting stock or paperwork discrepancies.
Supporting the wider warehouse team when required.
Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and organisation.

Requirements:
Right to work in the UK
Valid and in date Counterbalance certificate

Reliable and punctual.
Previous experience in a similar role
Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
