The Best Connection Tamworth are recruiting a Logistics Coordinator to join our client, a specialist in stainless steel pipes and tubes. This role focuses on coordinating international and domestic shipments while ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses
- Prepare and manage export/import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
- Ensure shipments comply with international trade regulations, tariffs, and country-specific requirements
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, procurement, warehouse) to align shipment schedules and delivery requirements
- Track shipments and proactively resolve logistics or customs issues to prevent delays
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and logistics costs
