- Inventory Controller / Stock Controller to join a busy warehouse operation based in
Liverpool City Centre .
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with warehouse and stock control experience looking for a stable Monday to Friday position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage goods-in processes and ensure stock is received accurately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Conduct regular stock counts and support stock take activities.
- Process and maintain inventory documentation, including temperature logs.
- Report stock shortages, damages and excess stock promptly.
- Follow customer-specific procedures and warehouse operating processes.
- Work closely with warehouse and operational teams to support customer requirements.
- Update stock movements and inventory records using warehouse systems.
- Ensure all duties are completed in line with Health & Safety procedures.
- Identify operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse and inventory control experience is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is desirable.
- Confident using Microsoft Teams and other computer-based systems.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
