The Best Connection are currently recruiting a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for our well-established client based in Lingfield. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5am to 3pm
Pay: £13.00 per hour, after 12 weeks your pay will increase to £13.67 per hour

Contract: 12 week Temp-Perm
You will be responsible for loading lorries in the mornings using a counterbalance forklift. Once loading is complete, you will assist with general warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload vehicles
- Moving, stacking, and organising palletised goods within the warehouse/yard
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
- Ensuring all goods are handled safely and securely
- Adhering to all health & safety and company procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Previous experience for a logistics company is an advantage
- Good attention to detail and awareness of health & safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic
