About the Role
We are seeking a confident, adaptable, and highly organised Site Administrator to join our team. You will be based at Flixborough Industrial Estate until September 2026, before transferring permanently to our Louth site. This is a multirole position, involving front‑of‑house reception duties, site communications, SAP data entry, and broader administrative support. Acting as the site representative, you will ensure a professional welcome for all guests and serve as the main communication link across the site. You will also cover for the Planner when needed and support the shop floor and warehouse teams with administrative tasks within your training and competence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary site representative, delivering professional front‑of‑house service
- Manage visitor, guest, and contractor reception and sign‑in procedures
- Serve as the site communication lead, issuing internal updates and notices
- Provide routine administrative support to site leadership and operational teams
- Deliver administrative cover for the Planner during absence or peak workload
- Support shop floor and warehouse teams with admin tasks after training
- Complete SAP data entry as requested, with dedicated time allocated
- Maintain records, logs, compliance documentation, and operational files
- Assist with health & safety paperwork and visitor inductions
- Coordinate meeting schedules, communication boards, calendars, and notices
- Liaise professionally with suppliers, contractors, and internal colleagues
From September 2026: Move to being permanently based at the Louth site
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
- Comfortable managing a varied, multirole administrative workload
- Previous admin experience (industrial/manufacturing setting preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities
- Professional, confident front‑of‑house manner
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to commute or relocate to Louth permanently from September 2026
Desirable
- Experience using SAP or similar business systems
- Experience supporting planning or warehouse admin tasks
- Basic health & safety knowledge
- Previous multi‑department support experience
