About the Role:- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
- Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Identify and win new business through sales calls and face to face client visits
- Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles
- Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training
- Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Needed)
- Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
- First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 - £30,000 including commission
- Recruitment Consultant - 12 months+ experience:
- Basic Salary: £28,000-£29,500 dependent on experience
- OTE: £31,000 - £34,000 including commission
- 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), rising to 33 days after one year
- Dedicated in-house training department providing industry-leading training and mentorship
- Opportunity to complete a Level 3 Recruiter Qualification
