Our client is looking for a friendly, confident and motivated Sales Advisor to join their expanding team. If you enjoy speaking to people, helping customers find the right products and working in a busy retail environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be an important part of the customer's experience from the moment they walk through the door. You'll take the time to understand what they're looking for, offer helpful advice and help them choose furniture that's right for their home and budget.
Your duties will include:
- Welcoming customers into the store and providing excellent service
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products
- Demonstrating furniture features, benefits and options
- Helping customers make confident purchasing decisions
- Working towards individual and store sales targets
- Processing customer orders accurately
- Keeping the showroom clean, tidy and well presented
- Developing excellent product knowledge
- Supporting colleagues to deliver a great customer experience
