The Best Connection are proud to be working with our client based in Durham, who are a national haulage company. They are currently looking for ADHOC Class 1 (LGV C+E) drivers to help cover driver holidays and peak requirements.

In this role you will be doing:

  • A to B trunking
  • Pre-loaded vehicles & pre-planned routes
  • Strapping the load
  • No handball involved

This is offered on a PAYE basis, at the following rates:

  • Monday to Friday £14.50 per hour (PAYE)
  • Saturday and Sunday £17.25 per hour (PAYE)
  • £25.00 night out allowance (optional night outs)

Hours of work: The start times do vary pending destination however, this tends to be around 07.00am starts.
