Fulfilment Associates (Inbound & Labelling/Checking Departments) - Leeds LS14
The Best Connection are currently recruiting Fulfilment Associates to join a prestigious pharmaceutical client based in Leeds (LS14). This is an excellent opportunity to work within a clean, modern, and highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and can maintain the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and compliance.
Shift Information
- Late Shift: 15:00 - 22:45
- 30-minute unpaid break
- £13.00 per hour + holiday pay
Quality Assurance Role
- Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
- Identify, investigate, and report system breakdowns, faults, and operational issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors to minimise disruption to business operations.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Perform system testing to verify functionality, accuracy, and performance following updates or changes.
- Track, document, and monitor defects through to resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, findings, and corrective actions.
Inbound Department Responsibilities
- Receiving, checking, and processing incoming deliveries.
- Verifying deliveries against supporting documentation.
- Inspecting products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Accurately recording stock movements using warehouse systems.
- Organising and storing products in designated warehouse locations.
- Carrying out stock checks and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Following all Health & Safety procedures and site regulations.
- Working to departmental productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
Labelling & Checking Department Responsibilities
- Applying labels to pharmaceutical products and packaging in accordance with company procedures.
- Checking labels for accuracy, including batch numbers, expiry dates, and product information.
- Inspecting products and packaging for defects, damage, or discrepancies.
- Verifying products against work orders and supporting documentation.
- Ensuring all products are labelled, checked, and packed to the highest quality standards.
- Accurately completing paperwork and computer-based records.
- Reporting any quality concerns or discrepancies promptly.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant working environment.
- Adhering to all Health & Safety and pharmaceutical industry procedures.
- Supporting stock control activities where required.
- Meeting productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
