We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading, innovative medical equipment manufacturer who are expanding their production team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected organisation providing essential products that make a real difference to patients' lives every day.
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the assembly, inspection, and packaging of precision medical devices and components. Working within a clean, controlled environment, you will follow strict quality standards and operating procedures to ensure products meet regulatory compliance. This role operates over 2 shifts to keep production running throughout the day. One AM shift and one PM shift. Please be sure to be available for one of these if you apply.
Key Responsibilities- Assembly of medical equipment and components using hand tools and machinery
- Quality inspection of completed units and materials
- Accurate labelling, packaging, and completion of production documentation
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and compliance with safety and manufacturing protocols
- Working to daily production targets and supporting continuous improvement goals
- Following training to achieve competency across multiple production tasks
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Good manual dexterity and comfort using tools or technical equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict hygiene rules
Please note this role is an in-person position and is within a cleanroom environment which means you will be required to wear full PPE whilst at work.
