The Best Connection is recruiting experienced LGV CE / HGV Class 1 Drivers for a leading client based in Knottingley. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering guaranteed weekly hours, competitive pay, and specialist tanker training for the right candidate.

The Role
As a Class 1 Driver, you'll be responsible for delivering bulk oil products to customers across the UK.
Duties Include
- Bulk oil deliveries nationwide
- Operating specialist tanker vehicles (full training provided)
- Metered deliveries using hoses and reels
- Completing vehicle checks and delivery documentation
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery sites
- Typically 2-4 nights out per week
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Valid LGV CE (Class 1) Licence
- Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification
- Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 penalty points
- No major endorsements
- Ability to pass a driving assessment
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Tanker experience
- HIAB or crane experience
- Experience with metered delivery systems
Don't have tanker experience? No problem. Full training will be provided.
