We're looking for a motivated and organised individual to drive operational excellence within a National Distribution Centre.

Role Details

  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • £17.19 per hour

About the Role

As Depot Operations Manager, you will:

  • Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations
  • Improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse & logistics team
  • Implement new systems and processes to support business growth
  • Ensure accountability and achievement of business objectives

  • Proven experience implementing LEAN principles
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Understanding of EU driving hours/WTD regulations
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage change effectively
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and proactive

Desirable:

  • HSE qualifications
  • CPC qualification
  • Export shipment handling experience
  • Appraisal/performance management experience
