We are currently recruiting for Inventory Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation based in CV35 0DB. Immediate Starts Available. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous experience in inventory, cycle counting or the automotive industry. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the inventory operation and ensuring stock levels and records remain accurate.
Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour
Working Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 14:45 - 23:15
- Friday: 10:45 - 18:15
The Role:
As an Inventory Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of inventory-related duties within a busy warehouse environment. Your duties may include:
- Completing regular cycle counts and stock checks
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Investigating and reporting stock discrepancies
- Assisting with the movement and organisation of stock
- Ensuring stock levels are accurately recorded within the warehouse system
- Working closely with other warehouse departments to resolve inventory issues
- Following all site procedures and health and safety requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience within inventory or cycle counting is preferred. However, candidates with previous experience working within an automotive environment will also be considered. The successful candidates should have:
- Previous warehouse, inventory, cycle counting or automotive experience
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- A reliable and flexible approach to work
- The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
