IT Support Technicians are required for an ASAP start with our client on a permanent basis in Chippenham paying £29,250 per annum. To be successful you must have a Degree in Computer Science or a related subject.

Salary: £29,250 per annum

Shifts: Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm, Friday 8am to 2pm

Duties:

  • Managing the IT Help desk system and servicing all computer users on site
  • Training users to improve their computer skills
  • Provide IT services as part of a UK-wide support team
  • Responsible for PC hardware maintenance and upgrading
  • Responsible for software maintenance and upgrading
  • Responsibility for cyber security within the site
