The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious manufacturing client based in Normanton for a Template & Installations Co-ordinator to join their busy operations team on a temporary contract running until Christmas.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with strong customer service and problem-solving skills. You'll play a key role in supporting installation teams, investigating issues, coordinating solutions, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the installation process.
Pay & Benefits
- Β£13.59 per hour for the first 12 weeks
- Increases to Β£13.94 per hour after 12 weeks
- 37.5 hours per week

- Monday to Friday working pattern
Working Hours
Alternating weekly shifts:
- Week 1: 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Week 2: 8:00am - 4:00pm
The Role
As a Template & Installations Co-ordinator, you will act as the primary point of contact for field-based templating and installation teams, providing support and guidance when issues arise on-site.
Working closely with operational departments and installation teams, you will investigate problems, coordinate resolutions, maintain accurate records, and help ensure installations are completed right first time.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for templating and installation teams, offering support and resolving queries.
- Investigate installation and site-related issues, carrying out root cause analysis and coordinating effective solutions.
- Set up and maintain accurate job information, including customer-specific requirements.
- Produce and issue clear job instructions for installation teams attending site.
- Liaise with internal departments and field-based colleagues to ensure a smooth installation process.
- Maintain accurate records and update information on internal CRM systems.
- Support the delivery of a right-first-time installation experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service, scheduling, coordination, or operational support role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Experience supporting field-based teams would be advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and investigative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
