About the Role
We are looking for a reliable person to join our team in a hybrid role. Mornings focus on warehouse and forklift work, afternoons on office/admin support.
Key Requirements
- FLT B1 licence & experience - must be confident operating a forklift
- Comfortable lifting 20-30kg
- Good English - phone calls, tickets, and basic computer/email work
Main Duties
- Operate forklift safely and complete daily checks
- Unload and put away deliveries safely
- Pick, move, and rotate stock; help with stock takes
- Load vehicles safely
- Handle returns (RMAs) and book deliveries in the system
- Provide office/admin support: emails, phone calls, and queries
- Keep warehouse, yard, and office tidy and safe
