Your role:
- Deliver high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Follow strict infection control procedures, including safe use of cleaning supplies and PPE.
- Ensure all areas are clean, sanitised, and well-presented.
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and homely environment for residents.
- Provide friendly interaction, offering companionship and reassurance where appropriate.
- Report any concerns or changes in residents' wellbeing to the care team.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
