The Best Connection are proudly recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join the Agriculture industry for our well-established client, supporting the business to remain fully compliant and ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained.
Location: Horsham
Industry: Agriculture
Hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 2:00pm.
Pay: £17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Administrator:
- Ensure the business remains compliant with internal procedures and external standards
- Maintain, update, and accurately log all compliance documentation
- Monitor and manage ISO9001 requirements, ensuring standards are met and maintained
- Carry out regular checks and audits of compliance records
- Support the business with ongoing compliance administration
- Ensure all documentation is up to date, correctly filed, and easily accessible
Requirements of the Compliance Administrator:
- Previous experience in a compliance or administrative role is ideal but not essential
- Must have knowledge and practical experience of ISO9001
- Full UK driving licence and ability to drive to the Horsham location
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident using systems to log, track, and manage documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good communication skills
