Are you hardworking, reliable, and ready for a physically demanding role? We are currently recruiting for a Senior Warehouse Assistant for our client, offering a temporary role with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities as a Senior Warehouse Assistant:
- Assemble, pick, pack, and dispatch goods accurately and efficiently.
- Check and inspect incoming goods, ensuring the correct quantity, type, and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and methodical warehouse and stores area.
- Keep records up to date using Asset Panda (Asset Management System).
- Liaise with Campaign Managers, Field Support Managers, suppliers, and transport companies to coordinate operational requirements.
- Contact couriers and arrange the dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Load and unload company and third-party vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Organise stock for picking and packing activities and accurately update stock systems.
- Record pallet and racking movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Produce delivery notes and consignment labels using supplier and courier portals.
- Operate company vehicles when required.
- Provide cover for the Team Leader during periods of absence.
- Support the Team Leader with training and developing junior members of the team.

- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential.
