CLASS 1 HGV DRIVERS WANTED - PRESTON, BLACKPOOL & LANCASTER
Days & Nights | Ongoing Work | £16.50-£26.25 per hour
We are currently looking for Class 1 HGV Drivers for a range of contracts across Preston, Blackpool & Lancaster.
Days: £16.50-£17.50 per hour
Nights: £18.50-£20.50 per hour
Holiday pay is accrued separately, so you can be paid for the holidays you take.
THE ROLE:
A variety of local and nationwide Class 1 work is available, including:
- Local deliveries & nationwide runs
- Day & night shifts
- Linehaul & bulk night runs - no handball!
- Safe loading, securing & transportation of goods
- Vehicle checks & daily walkarounds
- Completing deliveries and paperwork professionally
- Following drivers' hours, safety & company procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Class 1 or Class 2 licence
- 6-12 months' driving experience preferred
- Valid CPC & Digital Tacho Card
- Good understanding of drivers' hours and regulations
- Reliable & professional attitude
