We're looking for reliable Sales & Customer Service Assistants to join our friendly team. If you enjoy helping customers, have good IT skills, and thrive in a customer-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling inbound sales enquiries
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone and email
- Assisting customers in our small showroom
- Using Google Docs and other basic IT systems
Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm (including a 30-minute lunch break)
One weekend day: Saturday or Sunday, 10:00am - 4:00pm
You'll have one weekday off plus one day off at the weekend, with the successful applicants deciding between themselves who works Saturday and who works Sunday.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service
- Good IT skills, particularly Google Docs
- A reliable, positive, and professional attitude
- Full UK driving licence (essential due to our remote office location)
