Our client, a well-established and busy builders merchant based in Herne Bay, is currently seeking an experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and reliable driver looking for ongoing work with a respected local company.
The Role
- Delivering building materials to trade and residential customers
- Operating HIAB crane equipment safely and efficiently
- Completing vehicle checks and ensuring loads are secure
- Providing excellent customer service on deliveries
- Supporting yard operations when required
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed in line with health & safety regulations
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid HIAB / ALLMI certification
- CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
- Previous experience within a builders merchant or similar environment preferred
- Good communication skills and professional attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
