Are you an IT enthusiast who loves solving problems, improving systems and making technology work smarter? We're looking for an IT & Systems Support Technician to join our team in Leominster. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied role where no two days are the same, combining hands‑on IT support with ERP, SQL, Access, automation and process improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing hands‑on IT support across the business.
- Setting up and maintaining computers, equipment and production systems.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
- Supporting ERP/MRP, Microsoft Access and SQL databases.
- Improving workflows, systems and production processes.
- Developing tools and scripts to automate tasks and boost efficiency.
- Supporting dashboards, reporting and data management.
- Working with management, production teams and external software providers.
- Helping staff get the most from our systems through training and support.
What We're Looking For
Experience with SQL, Access, ERP/MRP systems or manufacturing environments would be a bonus, but most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys learning, solving problems and making a difference.
