Join our client who are leading global providers of heat treatment and thermal processing, based in Hereford. They are recruiting for General Operatives. With training provided along with career progression, the position is of an immediate start working a continental shift.
Duties Include:
- Machine setting and operation
- Planning efficient loading and unloading of equipment
- Supporting preventative maintenance activities
- Ensuring site is kept secure at all times
- Reporting deficiencies/faults in equipment performance
- Relaying to management of any problems or opportunities as they arise
Benefits:

Shifts:
- 3 week shift pattern of days and nights averaging at 39 hours per week.
- Days 7am-7pm (Monday to Friday)
- Nights 7pm-7am (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate:
- £13.00 - £13.81 per hour (dependant upon experience)
- £19.50 - £20.72 per hour for any overtime hours over standard weekly shift
