Our client, a market leader in healthcare products, is looking for Warehouse Operative candidates to support with their Black Friday operation in Hemel Hempstead. This is a temporary position for up to 12 weeks. Candidates will be responsible for picking or packing orders and working as part of a small, experienced team. Start dates as early as 20th October.
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Job Role:
- Manually picking multiple orders via a pick sheet
- Packing orders on individual packing stations
- Selecting an appropriate sized box for each order packed
- Labelling and stacking orders onto pallets to prepare for distribution
- Working in a fast-paced environment during a high-demand period
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
- 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday
- 08:00 to 17:00 on Fridays
- Mandatory overtime on Saturday 29th November & Sunday 30th November from 07:00 - 16:00
Pay rates:
- First 40 hours worked per week paid at £12.74 per hour
- 40+ hours worked per week paid at £19.11 per hour
- Black Friday Bonus - All hours worked on Saturday 29th November & Sunday 30th November paid at £25.48 per hour providing all qualifying shifts during the week and the weeks after are completed.
