Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join our clients busy manufacturing team in Hailsham. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced production environment for a well-established company. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured, assembled, and packed to the highest standards while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Assembling products according to company specifications
- Packing finished goods and preparing them for dispatch
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working efficiently to meet daily production targets

Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
