Customer Service Advisor - Chorley
37 Hours Per Week | Early Finish Fridays

The Best Connection are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and friendly team in Chorley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be an important point of contact for customers, helping to ensure their queries are dealt with quickly, professionally and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a variety of customer queries and providing helpful, professional solutions.
- Using the CRM system to accurately log, track and update customer enquiries.
- Arranging collections for returned or damaged goods.
- Raising credits where required to resolve invoicing and delivery queries.
- Building positive relationships with customers and providing a consistently high level of service.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
- Managing your workload effectively while meeting business requirements and deadlines.
The Working Hours:
You'll work 37 hours per week, with shift times varying from week to week:
- 08:00 - 16:30
- 09:00 - 17:30
- 09:30 - 18:00
- Early finish on Fridays!
- Occasional Saturday overtime may be available/required.
