Our client based in Hatfield is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader. The team leader will be responsible for all warehouse functions and leading a team of 5 warehouse operatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with warehouse operations
- Oversee daily order consolidation and dispatch readiness
- Coordinate with the warehouse manager on goods out and same-day deliveries
- Oversee all daily collections
- Conduct daily HSE and housekeeping walkarounds
- Perform spot checks and maintain pick face accuracy
- Carry out last minute order amendments & customer requests
- Providing KPI information to the warehouse manager
- Support team members with warehouse functions
What we're looking for:
- Warehousing experience
- Counterbalance and Reach truck License (Preferred but not required)
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong numeracy skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, team-first mindset
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement

- Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm
