Overview
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an Administrator role based in Harlow, covering a maternity leave position. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting a busy operational environment.
Working Hours and Pay
- Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 - 19:00
- Flexibility required to cover holidays when needed
- £12.45 Per Hour
- £18.68 Per Hour After 48 hours
Location
Harlow. Local candidates preferred, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the main day-to-day operation
- Taking incoming phone calls from operational crews and assisting with problem solving
- Monitoring and processing KPI compliance
- Speaking with customers via telephone
- Carrying out safety walk rounds within the yard
- Completing adhoc administrative tasks including:
- Health & Safety duties
- Transport legal compliance tasks
- Taking accurate notes during meetings
Candidate Requirements
- A strong willingness to learn and the ability to pick up new skills quickly
- Confident communicator, both over the phone and face to face
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in an operational / yard environment when required
- Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provided
