The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a full-time Administrator on behalf of our client based in Halesowen. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to join a busy and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support across the business
- Generating and sending customer quotations
- Raising and processing invoices
- Conducting follow-up sales calls to previous customers
- Making outbound cold calls to prospective new businesses
- Supporting the despatch function and helping ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time
- Liaising with customers regarding orders, enquiries, and deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Experience within a warehouse, manufacturing, or engineering environment is highly desirable
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Comfortable making outbound sales and cold calls
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Competent with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
