The Best Connection is a recruitment agency, and this position is being offered on a temporary basis. We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production / Labouring Operative to assist our client in Hailsham. This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment, assisting in the creation of concrete products using moulds. Ideal for someone with a hands-on approach and a strong work ethic. (Full training given)
You will also be required to:
- Prepare and clean concrete moulds for daily production.
- Pour and level concrete into moulds according to specifications.
- Assist with demoulding and finishing of concrete lintels.
- Carry out general labouring duties around the production site.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Load and stack finished products for storage or dispatch.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Report any defects or issues to the production supervisor.
(Please be aware your role may not be limited to these tasks)
For this position you will need:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience is not required.
