Job Opportunity: Grounds Maintenance / Van Driver
Hours: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM (including a 30-minute lunch break)
Pay Rate: Β£12.50 per hour
Type: Ongoing/Temporary Contract
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Grounds Maintenance worker to join our team in Hazel Grove. You will be responsible for overseeing daily grounds maintenance activities, ensuring the site is kept in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving a crew cab flatbed with trailer on a week-by-week basis
- Operating ride-on machinery and other equipment for grass cutting and landscaping
- Performing general grounds maintenance duties, including grass cutting, trimming, and upkeep of outdoor areas
- Supervising and assisting team members as needed
- Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times
Requirements:
- Valid driving license with experience in operating crew cabs and trailers
- Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
