TEAM LEADER - FISH PRODUCTION
Grimsby | £14.00 - £15.00 per hour | Monday to Friday | Ongoing Position
The Best Connection is currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a busy fish processing facility in Grimsby.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous food industry experience who can confidently lead a team, maintain high production standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating a production team
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
- Supporting, training, and monitoring team members
- Managing workflow and productivity across the production line
- Reporting to management and assisting with operational improvements
Requirements
- Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience
- Experience within a food production/manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
