The Best Connection are looking for a recycling operative to join our busy client based in Southfleet. This is a temporary role with opportunities for permanent work for the right candidate.

Hours of work:

  • Monday to Saturday 07:30 - 17:00
  • Sunday 08:00 - 16:00

Will be required to work some weekends. Pay for this position is £12.71 per hour, weekly pay every Friday.

Duties include:

  • Assisting the public
  • Manual Handling
  • Adhering to health and safety procedures
  • Keeping Site clean and tidy
  • Assisting with loading and unloading materials
  • Making sure things go in correct locations
  • Customer facing role

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good work ethic and reliability
  • Awareness of health and safety practices
  • Previous recycling work is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • This role is based working outside so must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
