Grape Picking Operative Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay
Location: Alfriston | Shifts: Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 16:30

We're looking for reliable and hardworking production staff to support our client in Alfriston with their harvest picking operation. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values teamwork, and takes pride in assisting with the production of high-quality products.
You will also be required to:
- Hand-picking grapes to quality standards
- Assist with vine maintenance and seasonal vineyard tasks.
- Ensure vineyard rows and growing areas are maintained to a high standard.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report any maintenance requirements.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Assist with harvesting activities during the vintage season as required.
- Work collaboratively with vineyard supervisors and other team members.
Other Tasks:
- Report all incidents or broken equipment immediately to Shift manager
- Compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures and health and safety rules.

For this position you will need:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Previous Grape Picking Experience
- Reliable commute due to remote location
- Access to a device to complete an online application.
