A vacancy has arisen for an experienced industrial band-knife operator to cut foam to size and shape, working from written instructions, drawings or templates. Job specific training would be given. Applicants must be able to work in both imperial and metric measurements. Some heavy lifting is involved and would suit a hard working, practical and versatile person.
As a well established family owned company, we can offer long term, secure employment. You would become part of our team of long-standing employees, with a minimum starting salary of £29,000 per year (negotiable depending on experience).
Hours of work: 40 per week.
- Monday - Thursday: 7.30am - 12.30pm & 1.00 - 4.30pm
- Friday: 7.00am - 1.00pm
Some overtime may be available or required.
Holidays: 20 days per year (22 days after 2 years), plus all bank holidays. 4 days holiday to be taken at Christmas/New Year shutdown.
