The Best Connection Kidderminster is recruiting for General Operatives for our long time Manufacturing Client in Kidderminster. The role offers regular shifts Monday to Friday with a chance of becoming permanent after a 12 weeks trial period. There is opportunity for overtime when available which is paid at an increased rate.
Hours & Pay Rate for the General Operative:
- £12.21 per standard hours
- £16.00 per hour after 39 hours
- £16.00 per hour weekends and Bank Holidays
- Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30
- Friday 08:00-15:30
Duties for the General Operative include:
- Working within the Carpet industry
- Managing the machines
- Beaming and Creeling
- Picking and packing
- Loading and unloading
