The Best Connection are currently recruiting Operations Agents to join our client's busy parcel and logistics hub on the Team Valley. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, ideal for candidates who enjoy working as part of a team and thrive in an active working environment.

The Role:

  • The Operations Agent acts as the face of the Service Centre, responsible for providing excellent customer service both internally and externally.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day Customer Facing activities within the Service Centre are completed to the required standards.
  • Ensure that all internal and external visitors to the Service Centre are handled in the appropriate manner and act as Service Centre Receptionist at times.
  • Assisting with administrative duties and customer queries when required.
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and security within the operation.
  • Working as part of a supportive and energetic team.

The Candidate:

  • The ideal Operations Agent will be reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physically fit and able to handle manual duties.

Hours of Work:

  • Ongoing, stable work with no end date for the right Operations Agent.
  • Full-time.
  • Overtime available but not compulsory.

Pay Rate: £13.01 per hour
