The Best Connection Mansfield is delighted to be recruiting Food Production Operatives on behalf of Ferrero in Alfreton, Derbyshire. As the seasonal recruitment partner for one of the world's most recognised confectionery manufacturers, we are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join the team during one of the busiest periods of the year.

About the Role
As a Food Production Operative, you will play a vital role in helping deliver high-quality confectionery products to customers across the UK and beyond. Working within a fast-paced food production environment, you will be involved in supporting production processes while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
No previous experience is required as full induction and training will be provided.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday
- Afters Shift: 2:00pm to Midnight
- Overtime Friday 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Pay Rate
- £13.27 per hour
Successful candidates who complete and pass the induction process will be allocated a start date.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on food production and packing lines
- Quality checking products
- Packing and preparing products for dispatch
- Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Supporting production targets within a busy manufacturing environment
