Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Litter Picker / General Operative to work on a farm. This is a hands-on, outdoor role involving general site upkeep and litter management across the farm.
This position is ideal for someone looking for part-time work, offering two set days per week in a quiet rural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Litter picking and maintaining cleanliness across the site
- General operative duties to support farm operations
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ensuring a safe and tidy working environment
Working Hours
- Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm (early finish)
Breaks
Total 1 hour per day, split as follows:
- 15 minutes (morning)
- 30 minutes (lunch)
- 15 minutes (afternoon)
Requirements
- Must be reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Due to the remote location, a driving licence and own vehicle are essential
- Must bring own lunch as there are no nearby shops
