The Best Connection are recruiting FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy manufacturing company based in Prudhoe. This role involves operating the FLT on the factory floor, supporting production, and waste disposal duties.
The Role:
- Operating FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently
- Working on the factory floor, including use of baler machine
- Disposing of waste and moving stock around site
- Supporting general warehouse and production tasks
- Adhering to site safety standards and procedures
The Candidate:
- Minimum 1 year experience on FLT Counterbalance
- Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence
- Flexible to work both day and night shifts as part of the rota
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Hours and Pay:
- 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
- 12-hour shifts (days and nights included)
- £14.40 per hour (PAYE)
